   a. Rising SB Logistics facilitates projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient coordination with independent contractors.

   b. Services encompass a wide range of renovations and maintenance projects, prioritizing quality and timeliness.

 

**3. Project Cost and Fees:**

   a. Liaison fees for Rising SB Logistics start at $1,500, with variations based on the overall project cost.

   b. Fees may be adjusted depending on the duration and complexity of the project.

 

**4. Independent Contractor Responsibility:**

   a. Independent contractors, whether handymen or licensed professionals, bear full responsibility for any damages, work quality, or project-related issues.

   b. Licensing requirements are not mandatory for handymen contracted through Rising SB Logistics.

 

**5. Liability and Indemnification:**

   a. Rising SB Logistics assumes no liability for damages, errors, or issues arising from the independent contractor's work.

   b. Independent contractors indemnify Rising SB Logistics against any claims associated with their services.

 

**6. Project Initiation:**

   a. Property management companies initiate projects by contacting Rising SB Logistics for liaison services.

   b. Rising SB Logistics facilitates a bidding process where independent contractors submit proposals for the project.

   c. In specific cases, Rising SB Logistics may directly offer a project to a particular independent contractor known for reliability and quality work. This is at the discretion of Rising SB Logistics and is not the sole method of contractor selection.

 

**7. Contractual Terms:**

   a. Each project is governed by a separate contract, outlining details, timelines, and deliverables.

   b. Payment terms and milestones are explicitly detailed in each project contract.

 

**8. Website Listing:**

   a. Contract terms, policies, and fees are transparently listed on the Rising SB Logistics website.

   b. Clients have access to these terms for review before engaging in a project.

 

**9. Dispute Resolution:**

   a. Disputes between property management, Rising SB Logistics, and independent contractors are subject to resolution through mediation.

 

**10. Termination of Services:**
